There has been much speculation about the vacation Tony Romo took to Mexico with Jessica Simpson and her family this past week. Fans and the media are ready to pounce on Romo if the he and the Cowboys struggle against the Giants. However, this will not happen. The Cowboys are significantly better than Eli Manning and the Giants and they will show this Sunday afternoon. Eli managed his first playoff win last weekend in an upset of the Buccaneers. Eli will revert to form with at least two interceptions, one of which will come at a key moment in the 4th quarter.
Romo on the other hand? His last playoff game saw him botch a field goal chance, blowing a sure win over the Seahawks. This weekend will see Romo bounce back in fine form in front of his apparent lady of the month, Jessica Simpson. Of course, maybe he’ll take TO’s advice and keep her away from the game. If she is there and the Cowboys lose, I expect the relationship to be done by the first mini-camp after the draft.
